How do I get my photos from Lightroom to Instagram and Facebook?

It all started with this random text message at 1:30 in the morning.

"Hello, can you do a quick blog on how to save your edits in light room then post on social media please. I think I have figured the editing part and even saving them into a collection. But when I try to upload the file from Lightroom to fb I don't get all my edits."

I LOVE getting texts like this. I'm not kidding. I love finding a challenge and talking about something that I love to talk about.

So guess what I did, first thing in the morning, even before my voice got the frog out of it's throat? That's right I was making a video.
