How to photoshop tutorial: food photography composite

First, you need a set up- I like using dollar tree foam board spray painted different collars, a dollar red cookie cooling sheet and dollar tree place mats- I got to work creating the scene.

I needed the images flying and looking like they were falling- so I took over 500 images of me throwing biscuits and dropping buscuits against my backdrop at different angles.
then I photoshopped out each biscuit- I added guasian and motion blur to create motion.
I used klipartz.com/en for any png I needed for the flour.
then I used www.Pixabay.com for the crumbs that were flying around the space.
